The clearer the time, the finer the resonance - the field responds to subtle vibration.

There are several ways to find it:

• Birth certificate: In Austria and many other countries, the time is listed on the birth certificate. You can request it from the registry office.
• Hospital: The hospital where you were born often has records (sometimes kept for up to 30 years).
• Parents & relatives: Ask your mother, father, or other relatives who were present.
• "Mother-and-child" record (Austria): In Austria, the birth time is often noted in the Mother-Child Health Record.

Enter the time as it was shown on the clock at the time - including daylight saving time, if it applied.

The system recognizes and translates this automatically.
