The Soul Compass is a space of trust.

What you share here - your name, your moment of arrival, your place of arrival - is sensitive data. It opens a window into the imprint of your soul.

This trust is a responsibility.

This page explains how your data is protected - not only because the law requires it, but because it matches the nature of this space.

Who holds this space?

Data Controller (GDPR):

What data flows through this space?

Your moment of arrival (for the report)

When you request a Soul Compass, you share:

• Your name (how you wish to be addressed)
• Date and time of birth
• Place of birth

Why: This data is what makes your mirror possible. Without it, no Soul Compass can be created.

How long: The raw data (date, time, place of birth) is automatically deleted 30 days after your report is delivered. The completed report is yours to keep.

Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

For minors under 16, parents or legal guardians submit the birth data. The Child Soul Compass is designed for children and young people up to age 17.

Your contact (email)

Your email address is used for:

• Delivery of your Soul Compass
• A gentle invitation to share your feedback (9 days later)
• Important information about your report

How long: Your birth data is automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. Your email address and first name may be retained - so we can inform you occasionally about similar offerings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.

Your resonance (feedback)

If you complete the resonance feedback, you voluntarily share:

• Your rating (1-9)
• Which direction touched you most
• Your thoughts and personal reflections

How we use it:

• Your feedback is analyzed in anonymized form
• It helps evolve the Soul Compass
• Individual quotes may be used (anonymized)

Technical traces

When visiting this page, the following are stored automatically:

• Browser type and operating system
• Date and time of access
• IP address (anonymized after 7 days)

Why: To ensure the safety of this space.

Cookies: This space uses no tracking cookies.

• Withdraw your consent at any time, without giving reasons
